In view of that, the establishment of treasury single account has been known as one of the most essential reforms in the financial management system and public expenditures in different countries. In this respect, this article evaluates treasury single account in Iran by using World Bank’s "Treasury Diagnostic Toolkit (questionnaire)". The toolkit has been completed by "Treasury Department of Iran", "Central Bank of the Islamic republic of Iran" and "Secretariat Executive Council of IT". The results of the evaluations demonstrate that the performance of the treasury single account in Iran is 67.4 percent; In other words, it is evaluated as relatively good. Furthermore, a detailed examination of this issue specifies the challenges in this area which can be resolved by correcting and regulating efficient laws and creating the required infrastructures. It is worth mentioning that the complete establishment of the treasury single account can fulfill the fifty-third principal constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Also, it can lead to greater coordination and interaction between the "Plan and Budget Organization of the Islamic Republic (PBO) and "Treasury Department". مدیریت مالی عمومی یکی از مهم­‌ترین وظایف دولت‌هاست که بر عملکرد بخش‌­های مختلف و در نتیجه بر وضعیت عمومی کشور از منظر اقتصادی و اجتماعی تأثیر‌گذار خواهد بود. در همین راستا ایجاد و استقرار حساب واحد خزانه، یکی از مهم‌ترین اصلاحات در سیستم مدیریت مالی و هزینه‌های عمومی کشورها در دهه‌های اخیر بوده است. از این‌رو، این مقاله به ارزیابی حساب واحد خزانه در ایران بر مبنای جعبه‌ابزار (پرسشنامه) پیشنهادی بانک جهانی می‌­پردازد که بر اساس نقطه نظرات «خزانه‌داری کل کشور»، «بانک مرکزی» و «دبیرخانه شورای اجرایی فناوری اطلاعات» تکمیل شده است. نتایج ارزیابی‌­ها نشان می­‌دهند که عملکرد حساب واحد خزانه در ایران، شصت و هفت و چهار دهم (67.4) درصد است؛ به بیان دیگر، متوسط مایل به خوب (نسبتاً خوب) ارزیابی می­شود. همچنین بررسی جزئی این مهم حاکی از چالش‌­هایی در این حوزه است که با اصلاح و تنظیم قوانین کارآمد و ایجاد زیرساخت­‌های لازم برطرف خواهند شد. قابل توجه است، استقرار کامل حساب واحد خزانه، علاوه بر تحقق اصل «پنجاه و سه» قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، می‌تواند به هماهنگی و تعامل بیشتر میان سازمان برنامه و بودجه کشور و خزانه‌داری کل کشور بیانجامد. https://www.journaldfrc.ir/article_154379_da36b0294bffaf8d04668cefb1d57437.pdf
