تدوین و طراحی مدل عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت سرمایه‌گذاری فین‌تک‌ها در فعالیت‌های تجاری شرکت‌های دانش‏ بنیان

چکیده
امروزه صنعت فناوری مالی (فین‌تک) نسبت به گذشته بیش‏ازپیش درحال توسعه بوده و مورد توجه کاربران قرارگرفته است. در این راستا، شرکت‌های دانش ‏بنیانی که سعی در گسترش فعالیت‌های تجاری خود در سال‌های آینده را دارند، نقش پررنگ‌تری را در نظام مالی ایران خواهند داشت. از این‌‏رو، مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف طراحی و تدوین مدل عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت سرمایه‌گذاری فین‌تک‌ها در فعالیت‌های تجاری شرکت‌های دانش‏ بنیان با رویکرد ترکیبی، آمیخته‌ای از روش‌های کیفی - کمّی انجام خواهد گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه بوده و جامعۀ آماری را در بخش کیفی، کارشناسان و مدیران در شرکت‌های دانش ‏بنیان و در بخش کمّی، متخصصان و خبرگان صنعتی و دانشگاهی تشکیل خواهند داد. در بخش کیفی، مقولات اصلیِ تعیین‌کنندۀ موفقیت سرمایه‌گذاری فین‌تک‌ها در شرکت‌های دانش ‏بنیان حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها، با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و نرم‏افزار MAXQDA شناسایی خواهند شد. حاصل این امر، استخراج و طراحی مضمون‌های موفقیت سرمایه‌گذاری فین‌تک‌ها در فعالیت‌های تجاری شرکت‌های دانش ‏بنیان است. بعد ‌از ‌اتمام تحلیل‌های صورت گرفته بر روی داده‌های کیفی، ‌کدگذاری‌ها‌ ‌در ‌قالب ‌یک ‌مدل ‌ارائه‌ شده است. نتایج پژوهش می‌تواند مدیران شرکت‌های دانش ‏بنیان را در کسب درآمد از دارایی‌های داده یاری کند.

Introduction: Today, the financial technology industry (Fintech) is developing with an ever-increasing pace, and  has attracted the attention of users. In this regard, knowledge-based companies that have tried to expand their business activities by investing in fintechs will play a pivotal role in Iran's financial system in the coming years.
Objective: The present study aims to design and develop a model of factors affecting the success of fintech investments in the commercial activities of knowledge-based companies.
Method: This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection. Interviews and standardized questionnaires were used to gather data from participants. For the qualitative component, the study population consisted of experts and managers in knowledge-based companies. For the quantitative component, the study population included experts, industrial experts, and academic experts. Through thematic analysis using MAXQDA software, key factors influencing the success of fintech investments in these companies were identified from interview data.
Result: This research identified key themes that contribute to the success of fintech investments in the commercial activities of knowledge-based companies. These themes include marketing factors, operational factors, strategic factors, and value-added factors. Based on the qualitative data analysis, a coding model was developed. The findings of this research can guide managers of knowledge-based companies in leveraging data assets for financial gain.
